Main Street and
“the four point approach” represent a comprehensive strategy to downtown
revitalization. Both the public and private sectors have unique skills
and areas where they are effective. Combining the talents of both groups
brings together all the skills necessary to attack downtown’s problems and
create and foster positive change. The
members of the Organization Committee help pull
it all together.
